So after analysing all the various lifestyles i have been messaged by some beautiful ladies i have come to a conclusion and that is that they are doing some real bad things which may lead to serious health issues later. The diets are not at all nutritious and they are not taking them on time. Infact are prone to skipping meals either due to scarcity of time or because of limitations of time and to top that they are not doing any workouts at all. Few of them or their family members may say that  "kuch nahi khaati phir bhi weight gain ho raha hai" Arey bhai kuch khaate nahe time pe tabhi to weight gain ho raha hai...i am sorry for being rude but i have to be like that otherwise women will not start paying attention to their diets...i have seen my mom and other ladies in my family committing the same mistake. But i feel very sorry when a woman of today discards her health especially in relation to the meals she takes. Few points/mistakes on which i would like to throw your attention is:-

1. HAVING TEA AS FIRST THING IN THE MORNING- ok fine, i have no problem with tea per se in the morning but cmon tea as first thing in the morning?? Tea kills your hunger and dont let you have a proper TIMELY breakfast plus having it so early in the morning have no health benefits...the only thing it can help is in causing acidity. Have a fruit as first thing in the morning like a banana or an apple. They are very handy and quick to consume. And after one hour of this fruit intake have your breakfast with that tea.

2. NOT GETTING UP ON TIME IN THE MORNING FOR SELF- so now you all may say "arey bhai main to 6 baje uthti hun...office jaana hota hai, bachon ko tayar karna hota hai..jaldi to uthti hun"...I KNOW I KNOW! you all get up early in the morning but according to your plans for going to office and getting the children ready and that much time is available in which you do only the thought over tasks on time...have you ever thought of getting up half an hour early just for earning that me time...get up a little early than your usual time...put on those headphones or sit in silence for some time...thats a ME TIME...spend some time with yourself girls irrespective of the fact that you have kids or are married, having your own time is the most nutritious as it relaxes your body off the stress and REMEMBER STRESS LEADS TO WEIGHT GAIN so you must remove that stress.

3. SKIPPING MEALS - Some of you dont take breakfast and just have a glass of milk and leave for office while some of you have a heavy breakfast and either skip their lunch time or directly from having a breakfast at 8.00, have your lunch at 3.00 (after a gap of 7 whopping hours! Phew!) Some think that skipping dinner may help in reducing weight....cmon girls SKIPPING MEALS IS A SIN...A SIN OR CRIME YOU ARE COMMITTING TO YOUR OWN BODY....PLEASE DONT DO THAT! Will suggest you some handy and quick small meal options for you...with working moms its better to have various small quick meals rather than having proper three meals.

4. HUGE GAP BETWEEN THE MEALS- Few of you have 5 to 8 hours of gap between your two meals...how you guys are surviving...some of you say we dont have time..what! Not even 5 to 10 minutes to have something...atleast have some healthy snacks like peanuts or make a veggie roll and just munch it quickly.Atleast have fruits. Not many of you know that OUR BODY OPERATES ON A CLOCK OR LIKE A CLOCK, when you skip meals or have them after such a huge gap, the body thinks that it is not getting enough nutritioun on time so it starts retaining whatever it gets and starts deposting it as fat, being feared or not sure about that when it will get enough the next time.

5. POOR WATER INTAKE - Remember what we learnt in school, 70% of the human body is made up of water. So my dearies, when you wont give enough water to it, to maintain its sanctity the body will start retaining whatever water it gets and that may lead to water retention, swelling and bloating plus those toxins will kerp on increasing over and around that far making it more difficult to loose fat...so my advice have 1 litre water per 20 kgs of your weight...like if you weigh 80 kgs, you should have minimum 4 litres of water. I will suggest you ideas how to do it.

6. NO PHYSICAL ACTIVITY - Most of you dont engage into basic physical activities...i know its tough with kids and work...i know you get tired after getting back to home but let me be very blunt, that tiredness and laziness or lethargy is only because you dont engage into physical activities...once start it and i am sure there will nothing else on your body...your body will demand more exercise and that fat loss will make you full of energy...Cmon ladies become an example for your kids or for your family...be strong!

7. MUNCHING UNHEALTHY DURING NIGHT SHIFTS- Some of you work on night shifts and due to hunger pangs in night either have tea full of sugar or munch onto unhealthy processed and packed foods like chips, buscuits extra...ohhh god! Please a big no to it...either have whole fruits, munch on muesli, or few nuts.

8. TEA, TEA, TEA AGAIN! - Your whole day is surrounded by tea and only tea...you guys have atleast 3 to 6 cups of tea per dat with SUGAR in it...this much tea with this much sugar, what will it lead to....ofcourse fat accumulation because you are not giving your body enough...tea curbs your hunger and dont let you eat timely...have Black coffee instead to keep that sleep at bay plus it increases metabolism.

So these were the common problems which i have analysed, now you guys analyse them and do what i suggested to you...will post a sample diet plan in a while for you guys as its difficult and tiring to type everything in the same post! Happy losing guys because only FIT MOMS CAN MAKE FITTER HOMES
